Our approach to the entire design of your home ensures that Threshold Design and Build will provide design and project management services throughout all phases of the project. We start with an initial design concept, we work through all construction design documents, permits and then the ordering, tracking and fulfillment of all products, to the final install.

Meet The Designer
Heather's career in design began as a passion for improving her own home. After several major renovation projects, followed by building a home of her own, she left her job in human resources to help others create a design that was comfortable and welcoming, yet elevated. What started out as a handful of clients has quickly become a growing portfolio of beautiful homes. Heather has a Class A Contractors License. She is committed to creating family-friendly spaces where life's best moments happen.

Heather and Jeff did a MAJOR remodel on our lake house in Clarksville. Heather had wonderful design ideas and Jeff made them come to life. They are a fantastic team and did a great job of getting the right people lined up to do our home. We were able to consult throughout the process to ensure our house would be our ideal long-term home. We ran into significant unforeseen issues with our foundation that put us behind schedule, but Jeff was able to overcome that and get the build back on track. We are VERY pleased with the final outcome and love to show it off to visitors!
